The second one... no idea. Would like to know, too. Maybe this one?
About the third one, perspective makes it a bit hard to tell; I'd say it's OOT's Lynda ponytail, but that's a rather popular hair and I guess you would have already identified it if it was what you were looking for, so I really don't know.
