Best ask the author. The characters in games and promo's are usually created by spinning a few dials in DS 🙂
You'll probably find a significant amount of models in ads, books, stories, art, ect... are custom.
You'll probably also find out most artist are secretive about them and wont share info. Not all of couse but most.

I don't think it's an unique or kitbashed model. The hair used here is this one:
XYZ NM Hair for Genesis 9, and she is in the Promo pictures. Her face reminds me of Mousso's girls (like Tuesday HD or MSO Etta).You would have better luck asking in DAZ forum or the PA of "XYZ NM Hair for Genesis 9" product.
Or you could also start kitbashing with one of Magic Brush's girls like this one: MB Ita HD for Genesis 9 Feminine@john09 you are the best!
