need help finding a character port from a game

im looking for a genesis 8 / 8.1 port of the character / outfit of Hackclaw (Mai Xiaowen) from the game Delta Force, i clearly remember finding and downloading one a few months ago but i can't find it in my massive library as it's probably not named like the actual character to avoid copyright issues, is anyone able to point me to it? I also know there is another port called Hack Bundle by malimali but it doesn't contain the base outfit and hair i want, only a DLC one. THX to anyone able to help!
