Hi. After filling out the request, I didn't receive any reward message, only the link to download the item.
Can I recover the points I wasn't awarded? If so, how? I'm not sure how to get them. My English is poor.
Thanks in advance for your reply.If you filled a request and didn't get the points yet, it's normal.It takes a little while before getting them. You should have them soon.
There is a 24hr delay from submitting the fill & getting the points.
That is to make sure that those who have offered the bounty are happy that they have received the correct item.

July 27, 2025 8:19 am -500.00.Unfortunately, as the date shows, it's been a while, so I don't know if I can get my reward back or not.
-500 is submitting probably not filling. If you submitted and it was filled those points are gone unless you did not receive the item. If you did not receive a link double check your messages and scan the entire message.
Its fairly rare for a filled order to not have a link. If it doesn't then contact a mod or ask politely for the filler to send you one. Mistakes happen. If you dont want the request anymore, click the red X by your name in the items post page and you'll get the points back.If you're filling a request I've no idea what your talking about.
