for the Cubed Babys,
MANY, MANY THANKS!!!Something about the notification system seems to be broken (Or I'm just too stupid), but I can't find the proper setting to thank you directly, so I try it this way.
I just decoded them, and I'm completely amazed.
These two figures are based on the friggin' POSER 4 Baby, and they easily blow away any modern figure!Goes to show how much potential is still hidden even in the most ancient figures and can be unlocked with some extra work and some talent!
Makes me feel a lot better about still playing with Michael 2 and Vicky 3 and of course Dork and Posette.Thank you again, for making my runtime a little bit cuter!
August 7, 2025 at 10:11 AM #2139952It is pretty straightforward really.
Right click the fulfiller's name.
This will load their profile.

August 7, 2025 at 1:57 PM #2140013@stahlratte, I'm with you on older figures. While I do have a few G8 figures, I mostly use Vicky Fourpointtwoplusplus. With all her fixes and modifications, she works and looks just fine. She loads instantly and has a massive wardrobe that all the Genesis bimbos together can't match. It's also a lot more varied than the newer stack of skimpware, sci-fi, and the ridiculous fantasy stuff.
My characters are always dressed, not because I'm a prude, I just feel that what you can't see is much sexier than what you can (and I won't mention my massive, huge, overwhelming clothes fetish). I don't do close-ups either so the advertised 'improvements' of later figures is lost on me.
My only (small) problem is trying to get the few new items of clothing that I like, to fit her. That's the only reason I have a few G8 characters. If I could get G8-9 clothes to fit Vicky, I'd never use Genesis again.August 7, 2025 at 2:23 PM #2140020Sorry eelgoo, but I only got a notification starting with:
"This is a Multi-Recipient message! MESSAGE THE FILLER DIRECTLY IF YOU WANT TO THANK THEM!
Your request for Cubed Babys has been Filled, and your offered points will be transferred to the Filler soon.
Your link(s):"
There is a forum members name at the very beginning of said message, but it says nowhere if that's the actual filler of the request?
Maybe I'm a litle obtuse?
August 7, 2025 at 4:28 PM #2140029Yes, that is the auto generated message on behalf of the Fulfiller.
Right click on their screen name & it will show their profile from which you can generate a PM to them.
August 7, 2025 at 4:48 PM #2140034@stahlratte you're welcome. I still think these two are the cutest babies around. Unfortunately there was never any support for the poser baby so not many things to wear and only the poses it came with. I've never loaded them up in Daz, are they rendering well? I'll have to try when I sit at my pc.
Perhaps they'll need converting to be able to pose correctly. Did you have any trouble? most old figures I've tried have messed up joints.August 7, 2025 at 8:12 PM #2140064@trader2h: MANY THANKS, again!
I'm still a diehard Poser 11 user, and they look great there, even out of the box.
They also respond very well to subdivision smoothing. I'm going to adjust the shader a bit to work better with Firefly, maybe dim down the painted highlights on the skin in Photoshop, too.
Still, they could be easily used "as is".The rigging is quite amazing. I might do a bit of weightmapping to improve the shoulders, but again, "out of the box" bending is fantastic, considering their age and that these are all spherical falloff zones.
Cubed did a great job improving the original mesh.
Too bad they didn't do the other P4 meshes, too, back then.
This is such a great figure, you should really install them yourself and try them out in Studio. Thanks!
August 7, 2025 at 8:43 PM #2140067You're welcome. I'll give them a shot tomorrow, but I don't have high hopes that they'll work in DS. I tried my hand at the latest Poser but it's amazing how something so familiar can become so foreign in just a few years.
August 8, 2025 at 2:03 PM #2140185Just a quick one, with only the basic Human Shaders by JavierMicheal applied. It needs tons of work to look good, but at least they didn't explode when I tried to pose them 🙂
August 8, 2025 at 5:14 PM #2140212are you sure about that, by the look on their faces, it looks like the one on the right may have! lol
August 8, 2025 at 7:03 PM #2140223Yeah, the neck area is extremely distorted. I don't even know where to begin fixing them. Perhaps I could frankenstein the baby head onto the sixus one. That smile is still the cutest around the poserverse
