    I've seen worse and I take a fistfull of stomach and digestive system pills so I can handle anything.

    I use coffee in the morning to get me firing on all cylinders. Had a big one at the pub last night.

    I'm several mugs of strong Earl Grey after the bran and oats and yogurt and chopped fruit. Then there's the stretching and pushups to get stuff moving.
