Your best bet to fix that issue is to grab as many anime and anime-like characters as you can, using the eye morphs that tend to come with them (check to see which ones have it and which ones do not.) That tends to help in a quick-fix sort of way.
Nope - for that you have to go in and fix the rigging manually (and I won't lie - it will be meticulous and painful.)
