CanSomeonehelp mewith this New Gens for G9 error?

i have my g9 character loaded and then i go to apply the new gens for g9 and then is says you have to preprocesses character texture and so i click start. immediately a window pops up and gives an error unable to create new texture folder. I am not sure what is going on with this. i tried the product support on the 'Otica website from 3feetwolf but it is mostly for mac. i did go into the data folder and run the app for the textures in there and it executes them but then i still get the same error window. i am really stumped on what i need to do. i tried running the app as an admin but still get the same error. i just edited the permissions to modify and still get the same error. If anyone might know how to fix this i would greatly appreciate it.
