I noticed that some models (g3f, g8f, g9.1f and g9 ) all have a different... "look pattern"... as in that some are better for a certain look than others. I'm trying to recreate this :
    Capture
What model, morph or ressource should I use?

My first inclination says "G8F/V8" for this one.
V4 would be more suited for snotty-looking bubblegum princess characters, G3F/V7 would be more... Earthy? V8 is more angular and polished, I haven't even messed with 9 yet, so... yeah.

So let's say I got the character down... and now I want to put it in an environment that is a uproject file... what would be my next step?

I don't mess with Unreal (maybe I should?!) but a quick look around suggests maybe this:
