SCI-FI valley village working with NANITE and LUMEN containing 99 static meshes on UE 5

You can also grab it for UE 4 with lods, lightmaps, collisions.

You will be able to use the level showcase or create your own with the assets you will get.

The showcase level is built with 4 zones and have interiors, landing pads, houses, and an open area for you to visit and ship flying above you !

Take a look at the Walkthrough video to see how it is built and how to customzie everything.

All assets are scaled according to the epic skeleton.

Be sure to enable distance fields in order to make lighting work fine on UE 4
