    The same guy posted a video on pirate torture methods. Supposedly that method wasn't something they were known for and was probably more myth than fact. Then its a YT channel so you never know. They were more likely to whip, strand or shoot you than waste time with extravagance based on his research

    I guess so, depending on the seriousness of your transgression. Losing a crew member is not good for your ship's overall efficiency.
