I have been using Leonardo AI recently to upscale Daz Studio creations. It gives them a more realistic look. I was wondering if anyone knew something else that might work better. Here is an example, the first one being the original Daz Studio creation and the second one is after Leonard AI upscale was used.

October 19, 2024 at 4:50 PM #2096573May one mention Topaz Photo
(confession beta tester)October 19, 2024 at 8:47 PM #2096623Topaz photo studio is doing good with upscaling, it can also sharpen a picture, help face to look better and remove/reduce the grain, but you have to ne careful using it if you don't want your renders to look too "clean" or soulless.

After AIOctober 20, 2024 at 6:36 AM #2096689Oh wow, thanks. The Krea AI works perfectly for what I need.
I wish there was just a software I could purchase that would do it but this works great for now.
October 20, 2024 at 8:34 AM #2096718Standalone ones - I'm using Luminar AI, Luminar Neo and Affinity Photo
October 20, 2024 at 2:30 PM #2096762Topaz definitely upscales very well. I haven't experienced it making 3D stuff more realistic however. Caveat that I haven't tried Topaz on 3D other than a few times to get rid of noise.
October 22, 2024 at 1:43 PM #2097090Krea is nice, I tested it to see if I could enhance renders. You have to play with sliders and often replace the prompt detected by the app with something super descriptive. Also can have issues with hands.
If zooming on the Krea picture above you can see it's slights difference on hand. -
