    I just downloaded the sci fi outfits from https://zonegfx.com/sci-fi-crew-outfit-textures/ and none of the objects work. Every one of them is missing data from the Runtime/Texture folder. I've redownloaded it, but still, there is no change. Is that one just broken?

    That is because it is only a texture pack.

    Damn. Thank you for your answer. I also recently downloaded another thing for a whole different program and didn't notice. I probably ought to pay more attention to that stuff.
