Can't recognize that figure.
However, generally, front page wallpapers are images from past contests. In the community/forum/Art competition there should be more info with the complete images and author@itsmenotyou The character in the wallpaper previous to this one, is almost definitely AI.
I think the current wallpaper is AI too - likely Stable Diffusion.
A lot of the users on here who contribute to the art galleries have almost totally abandoned Daz in favour of Stable Diffusion, as the results are more realistic.
@reinecarola do you know if Stable Diffusion cost money ?

It's not complicated at all, if you just follow it step by step. It takes a fair while to complete the installation, though. Just make sure you have Python installed first. Not the newer version; install Python 3.10.6
Alternatively, if you don't want to go in depth and just want to create nice scenes, Bing Image Creator is free, as is Leonardo AI. Both are online and offer less freedom than Stable Diffusion, but if you just want to make a nice picture, they're both good alternatives to Midjourney.

Not only free but 99% of the content is free too... Civitai.
Click on "Models" and register to see the NSFW content.@frank22 He was asking about the previous splash page. The blonde girl with the blue eyes? I think that was AI. This new one - I'm not sure.
