I have notices in recent figures of G8, that they are more " lifelike". Meaning they got wrinkles etc. Might not be what you want if you wanna use female figures as objects of desire with perfect measurements, big boobs etc. But I think it is a nice change from the barbie like models whom al more or less look the same.
What are you guys thinking about this?

I have always been into ultra-realism.
It took me a long time to move on from G3F, which I always thought was pretty good.
I thought the morphing, especially in the neck area was particularly good.

Then we got the giraffe G8F, which took me a little time to get used to. :00
Once I got used to her eccentricities, I found she was very nice to work with using additional after market morphs.
G8.1F was a little more time consuming to get just so, but equally worth it.

Then we were presented with the androgenous G9. :0E
I was & still am horrified by it.
    A massive step backwards IMO.

I agree Gaver , I find myself more interested in models that have some "character" to them rather then the barbie type I use skin builder a lot and HD morphs to reach such results whether I add them to an existing characters or I start from scratch .
@Eegloo I still use some G3 stuff , skin textures , clothing , hair ect , I've converted some characters to G8 because I liked them so much.
FYI I do collect some G9 stuff but I'm not overly impressed with it and G8 and G3 has soo much cool stuff it's hard to let go if not impossible. 🙂
