.. just put it into your Daz library.. you should see those content separately in Daz as Poser Content..
@Gladson1976 No that is not what I meant.
I already know how to install poser content in daz studio you just copy that content into the "My Library" directory.I got myself poser 12 and I want to move all the poser content that is in my daz library to poser and if that is too much of a hassle I just want to know how to add content to poser 12.
Should it work if I copy the daz runtime folder ..\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library\Runtime
to C:\Program Files\Poser Software\Poser 12\Runtime ?Because I tried that and that didn't seem to work.
You should be asking this stuff at Rendo, after all, they wrote the program and they're the experts. I believe they also have tutorials available,

to C:\Program Files\Poser Software\Poser 12\Runtime ?Don't put your Poser content in Program Files, because Windows protection will mess with it - put it in your documents folder instead.
However if you're keeping DAZ Studio installed, avoid duplication by going to your Poser library and choose add library. Then point it at the DAZ runtime.

Do you mean when you're extracting Poser files from a zipped file?
If so; this is what I do manually:
I extract to the drive where my Daz Library is located. If you're not using an external drive, the path is usually Boot C > Users > Public >Public Documents > My Daz 3D Library > Runtime
