I really need help! I am having trouble logging into DIM or Daz Central. I don't understand what's going on!?

I reinstalled my operating system. I had version 7 and now I have version 10. And this is where the freaky stuff started! Help me please!

    What I did:
I reset the password, but it didn't work!
Tried to go offline, but that didn't work either!

Everywhere an error, allegedly a password or email, but I enter everything correctly.

On the site of my account, I log in with username and password, but for some reason these data do not fit to enter the DIM or Daz Central! Why? I can't figure it out! Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

You better post a screenshot and DIM Helper log...

When I press enter, I get an error. I decided to click on "forgot password" to create a new one. But that didn't work either.

The same problem is observed when entering the DIM.

I wrote to support, but there's still no answer. Maybe they won't answer! I just have a lot of content to upload manually. It is extremely important to me that the program works correctly. Before that, I made a mistake with the library transfer and there were a lot of errors. I don't want to repeat this mistake.

Yeah, it looks weird indeed.. I believe you did not have CapsLock on or sth. like that before entering the login info.

So you may try on DIM dialog box:
    1. Tick 'Work Offline', then check the log file - Gear menu in the upper right corner - Show Log.
    2. See if you can find 'SSL' related error...
    3. Search 'authentication' to check if there's any relevant warning message...

Or post the log in here, we may check..

I'll check the log. Everything else I have tried and checked thoroughly. I manually entered the password, checked what language I entered, input modes, and so on. I had never had this problem before. This wasn't the first time I had reinstalled the operating system.

Never heard of such an error. It seems that the auth server has an issue. Anyhow after resetting and changing the password it should have been solved. The auth system shouldn't have any issues with UTF-8. You could still try to use a plain ASCII password (( a-zA-Z0-9<=>,.;:!+- )) and see if this helps.

Try with copy and paste as well.
Write your password down as text in a text file. Then copy and paste that.. Log into Daz website using paste and if it lets you in. Great. Now go to the Daz Central And paste the same. Should let you in.
Make sure email matches too. I had onetime I missed a character in my email and kept doing the password and kept thinking it was the password that was the issue. But I had typed my email wrong.

@Necro I'm surprised that I can freely enter the official site with my password, but I can't enter the download managers. This is very strange! I enter all data manually (I don't trust copy-paste). I check everything several times. I wouldn't have called for help if I hadn't considered all these points. Everything you described has already been done.

But THANK YOU to EVERYONE who is trying to help me. 🙏

@Windreaver0118 I looked at the log file

    DIM

    And everything repeats itself again...

By the way, I installed the program. I managed to download it from the official site in an updated form, but with the content apparently have to fight. Because of this problem I have suspended about 150 projects 🙁

You may have the Windows firewall active which is usually good. I wonder whether it blocks access for the applications as you get a network error.
You could try to add an exception for a program and specify the path to DIM and/or DC to allow internet access for it.

    This may help: https://help.pdq.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053040851-See-Firewall-Activity-in-Windows-Defender-Firewall-Logs#resolution-0-2

@Vanimoch3dx There was no blockage from the Windows firewall. It quietly skipped the installation of the apps: Daz Central and DIM. When I tried to log in, everything was also quiet and peaceful. I know it could have blocked, but nothing happens without a warning. The other day I tried to install the program, the blocking happened immediately when I downloaded from the cloud. In the case of Daz, it's different. However, when I installed Daz studio manually, the Windows firewall gave a warning that the source was unknown. I allowed it and everything installed without any problems. But that was before trying to enter DZ Central and DIM. These two are not terrible for the Windows firewall. After that, I tried to log in again, but nothing changed. I don't think the problem is with the windows firewall.

i would bet there's some sort of security/antivirus software that is messing things up ...

@Stachelzelle That's the thing, I don't have anything else except the Windows firewall. Antiviruses always spoil the picture. If it's about the Windows firewall, why doesn't it say anything when I try to log into Daz Central or DIM? It should probably be swearing and giving out all sorts of threat messages.

When I had the 7 version of the operating system, there was no protection at all. I would go into the DIM and download the content, but I couldn't go into DAZ Central. It gave out the error I attached above. Somehow it is working selectively!

The Windows firewall logs nothing, that's a silly default. One doesn't get a popup and programs fail silently. So you might want to enable the firewall logs and check them. For 'network' error they should contain something.
