I manage to catch the part 2 today,
This is what the event says :

Each Easter Egg is available for one day for Daz+ Members only, so grab it before it’s gone! Free items will be added to your account before the end of the day following the release of the fourth piece in each series. All four pieces in a series must be collected in order to receive the free gift. Collect all of the Easter Eggs for the month of April to receive an additional free character before the end of the day May 1.

I got all 4 parts of the original easter egg but missed part 1 of the hair.
And you have to get every easter egg for the month to get the completion extra gift.
