    Just asking if there are any of you who enjoy working on 3D cats and A.I. cat art??

    Would love to share our work and make some friends on here alike.

    Maybe in another life. Unfortunately I was assigned at birth to be a dog lover. Can't change who I am 😥

    I haven't done any specific cat artwork but the newer DS ones with fur render very nicely. IMO Cat Zeus is the best one followed by the HiveWire House Cat.

    Adam - the fur can be a bit heavy on your system and won't show in Iray preview but I haven't had a problem. Some fur textures look more realistic than others and I've never seen the need to actually simulate them. Quick test below.

    @Ethiopia
    - yeh it was a great show. I think Quarantine is my favourite. Top banter....

    @Recktat19, @Frank21, @ADAM, @Ethopia,

    thanks so much for your comments and help, appreciated:)

    I used to do a lot of 3D cat designs, sadly, nothing to show for it:(

    I too found it difficult, so didn’t continue with it. I kept all my cat files though.

    Thanks again:)

    Love RD. Brought all the seasons on DVD and the follow up titles. Didn't like them as much as the actual show though.

    you just using basic Daz or are you using a plugin for the hair?

    I remember watching that show here in the US when the local networks would air a block of British shows for a few hours. I'll have to revisit that, i'm sure I haven't seen all of the episodes. Looking forward to the new Fawlty Towers episodes they are making, Cleese & daughter are writing them.

    Lol, thread is still going, I see:)

    More subjects then…

    How many of you use A.I. art? Perhaps combined with 3D?

    As for tv. shows, I love many genres. I watch Netflix.

    I love the Asian series, sci-fi, fantasy, thrillers, and a lot more.

    I made 2 AI art generations. One I didn't like and the other one I did like. Ultimately, I felt that it had all the value of a google search. I keyed in words and the computer generated what it thought I wanted. It was no more my artwork than if I paid for a commission. If you enjoy taking credit for a kit bashing of others art composed by a computer, then I guess it's for you. I felt no attachment to the piece other than I came up with the words to generate it.

    Almost everything on TV that I would watch has been infected by the woke agenda and Id rather rewatch 80s movies. So far I'm only looking forward to part 2 of Arcane. That had a decent story and amazing art. Star Wars and Marvel are dead.

    Squid Games was enjoyable but the ending sucked. I was heavy into Asian movies for a bit but the "twist" at the end got old as well as some of the other odd themes. Then again, I always picked out the odd movies like Suicide Club or Tokyo Gore Police. Train to Busan was good but the second movie not so much. I also enjoyed the live "Asian version" of Death Note. Most of their anime is to sexualized for me if there can be such a thing. The best anime hands down IMHO is Spirited Away but Ive not had a huge library to draw from. (I'm aware Hentia is a different section of anime) If you want an anime style series that IMHO is the best thing since oxygen then watch Avatar: The Last Air Bender

    If you like cats dig up the old Thundercats cartoon. Fantasy dig up the old Dungeons and Dragons cartoon. Superheroes Watch the Old X-men cartoons. If you're young and missed out on good movies watch older movies like Terminator 1-2, The Thing, Scar Face, God Father 1-2-3, Alien 1-2, Bladerunner, Princess Bride, (Original) Willow, Star Trek II . All are better than most stuff on TV now. (Might want to watch "Space Seed" before watching ST2)

    M3gan was a new movie that was decent but very predictable.

    @ADAM, lots of info:) Thanks:)

    I’m a cat lover and so my A.I art is using my cat images to create stunning fantasy cat images lol. It’s all generate:)

    Yep, Squid games was the same for me. The ending did suck to say the least!

    You are so right about the twists in the Asian series. I’ve just started to work them out having watched so many now. I really enjoy them still, for the moment:)

    I have watched some fab Asian movies, just recently finished, “Tokyo Vice.” Only, now having to wait for the next season. Thought it was entire when I started watching it.
    “Train To Busan,” rings a bell for sure…. Will check to see if I’ve watched it.. I forget all the titles.

    Watched Avatar and have the new one waiting for me. I want to watch the first one before. Will be a long night for sure;)

    Can’t say I ever really got into the Thundercats.

    Anime is a hit and miss for me. It has to be something really exceptional. I watched a mini series a few moths ago, was a sci-fi one.. It was very well done, “Exception.”

    Well, thanks again for your reply:) Feel free to add me:)

    Avatar and Avatar are a bit different. This is the one I recommend.

    Probably my favorite character. Shes blind btw if you dont get some of the jokes.

    I vaguely remember liking this one

    If you haven't seen it yet

    I don't remember if this was good or not but I remember she was pretty hot.

    check out "The Island of Dr. Moreau." There are at least 2 movies I can remember.

    I generally stick to anime as I don't like today's films. The exception being this one... scary and great fun and doesn't take itself seriously.
