A quick google leads me to believe they're asking for a majorette girl suit, probably like this one:

After years of seeing a lot of awesome Japanese-made assets with totally Engrished-up names, I promise I was asking in earnest and not being snarky.
I made this a while back. Very much a kit-bash but mostly this. PM me if you need more details... can't remember where I got the hat.

I promise, @pooper, I was serious that I had to google it to get the gist.
Not really a render @Adelasia just a quick image to show off the clothes, but thanks all the same. The problem with majorettes is they're always in large groups so it makes setting up a scene quite complicated. And I can tell you now there's no G8 marching poses to be had. @Pooper you're right about the majorette-Japanese thing.... a very common anime theme.
