How/where do I report that a package is broken? Like, the link to it works and I can download it, but the package itself contains no textures, so is unusable, even though the file listing for the package (on Daz's website) says that they should be there.

Specifically what is missing is /Runtime/textures/GCjellyfish/dirty dishes 2You can contact @Cellhg and tell him/her what the problem is.
I think this expansion product needs the original Dirty Dishes for it to work, do you have that? There definitely should be additional textures with the expansion pack... like hundreds of them.
If nothing works then PM me. I have both the products.
