Someone can help me identify this model?
It's the same character used for this hair, but unfortunately it's not identified. Seeing as two different vendors used it, it must be available somewhere and not a one-off.
The second (linked) char seems to be bluejaunte's Murphy

The first (OP) char seems to be, not. Unless it's a strange angle throwing off a match.
Edit: Seems like possibly a kooki99 series of morphs? Or combination?
And, of course, maybe custom.
Maybe contact vendor if out of luck. I've found a few approachable and even excited to talk about their custom creations or dialed characters, depending upon how they're asked.Yes @Spats the mouth is different. Maybe because it's the same texture I thought they were the same character, but the face does look similar to me.

The skin shader/texture would appear to me Murphy. Possibly tweaked somewhat.
