Hmmmm, fae and elves are not my thing but I'll give it a bash. Anyone remember the old Fairywylde site? I made a few fairy pics for there a few decades ago LOL.... showing my age. I'll chip in a few thousand points as general motivation for others (and myself) to participate.

@legolas18, backgrounds are my sore subject. I still can't find enough good environments. They are either of poor quality, or they cannot be rendered properly, since they clog up the entire memory of the GPU. HDRI are also usually not suitable due to too harsh lighting. These stripes on the background just appear thanks to Photoshop. There are none on the raw render, but after post-work... Even though the 16-bit channel is enabled 🙁
@legolas18, Oh, thanks for the good advice! I remember how I wasted half a day trying to solve this problem in the PS itself.
Feng Po Po, in Chinese mythology, is the Goddess of the wind. Astride a Tiger, she flies through the sky, carrying a sack full of wind. When in a foul mood, she unleashes violent storms from her sack.
