It's been three days now. All this time, Accessing anything on GFX seems to take over a minute, sometimes more. Every other website seems to be running fine for me. What's going on? More often than not I even get some time-outs. I tried with and without a VPN, thinking that maybe my usual server was on the fritz, but nope; no difference.
Just now, I tried to edit this post to see how that would react, it took quite a while before I could actually edit.Same here, almost a minute long wait before a page opens and once in a while a timeout occurs.
Server load ? Upgrade in progress ? DOS attack on the server ?Do you need assistance in anyway ? I fear loosing track of all of you once again 🙁

You would think one of the mods would make an announcement on what the problem is, I too have been having problems with just getting on the site for the past three days I keep getting timed out with server issue.
When in doubt.. check Twitter 🙂

Yesterday, I entered, and I got a "problem with the Database...".
I don't think it's a matter of Cloudflare, which has changed the "interface". On other websites, it works just as well...
I think it's an internal SQL problem.

for all the pages.A few days ago I updated my elder's daughter blog (15 years old, musical blog) to the latest version of WordPress and it also became very slow.
Turned out that the blog theme required Gantry 5 and that plugin was not happy with the old version of php installed.
Side note : I also get a "file not found" error message from time to time when I try to post a message on ZoneGfx.
Yes it took me 3 minutes to log in and more often it doesn't work at all. Clearing cookies seems to help but maybe I'm just imagining it.
Site maintenance is still going on ... site may get offline or remain slow ...

This may take sometime 🙁It's okay, Hunter. I was mostly worried that something was amiss, either on my end or GFX's but if it's maintenance, we can just wait and indeed be patient, as everything is alright under the 3d Jolly Roger flag :3
