Is there a way to see a list of objects in a scene that have active Meshgrabber deltas? After a quick scan through the pdf it doesn't look like it.

I have a scene with a couple hundred items in it and can't remember on which I used Meshgrabber. Having that morph data saved to the scene has bloated the save to almost 100mb and saving takes a few seconds too many.
I would like to try out the save-as-morph addon to remedy this without checking each object one by one 🙂

Not sure this can help you, but Scene Inspector (there is a gif here showing it in action)) might help you : it is a scene asset lister.

Can be found here on the Zone but again, I am not sure this would help you.

    Thought it was worth mentioning

    Cheers

@mathmathou, thank you very much 🙂 it didn't work but it's still a neat tool. My scene has 379 geometries in it! 🙂

I've found a workaround, with Meshgrabber active and the tool settings open, you can expand all the objects in the scene tab and scroll down them with the arrow keys keeping an eye on when Meshgrabber shows the morph save button as usable. Once that shows up you know it has Meshgrabber active on it.

After that, one has to switch to a different tool like translate and then back to Meshgrabber or the morph save button will show usable even on objects that doesn't have Meshgrabber deltas active.

Apparently it's inaccurate that saved Meshgrabber alterations affects scene size the same way the Geometry editor can. After saving the morphs the scene size is still the same.
