Simply, in menu, preferences (or F2 key...), Content, and at the bottom it says "Content directory manager". Expand "Daz studio formats", and add our "old" path of your library...
    If it exists!!! 😀

Just follow Abad. There was no reason to re-install DS as your library is still there, it's just that DS can't find it.
You can add (link) your runtime by right-clicking on the Daz Studio Formats heading in the Content Library and select "Add base Directory", then select the folder (the one that contains the Data and Runtime folders).

Im actually wondering about the default stuff missing. There are shaders that call for a /resources/ folder of jpgs/pngs that dont exist so the shaders are useless.

@taishobee Can you take a screenshot of any particular case? Normally, if it doesn't find something, a popup opens with "missing elements" or something similar... In that case, I recommend the "Everything" software, which by typing the "xyz.jpg" tells you where it is or that it doesn't exist in your system. If it exists, copy the "xyz.jpg" to the corresponding folder. If not, it is an error of the file or the creator.

@abad Yes I can, I will get that as soon as I can, I'm awsy from my computer for a few days. I'll try that search thing too, sounds extremely useful!

I've had problems with so-called missing textures with some vendors particularly 3D Universe clothing.
When the missing texture thing pops up I copy the file name, go to locate, browse to textures and paste it into the Win search window, hit enter. It will search all your textures files for it.
I sometimes get missing .obj files for Poser content and use the same process in the Geometries folder. Unfortunately I don't think DS will allow you to search for missing data files this way.
