@D0gg0d some image hosting sites advertise that they don't compress images. I save renders to .tif in Daz Studio myself. A .jpg is lossy itself and if the site compresses it further you do lose a lot of quality. Computer generated images with sharp transitions between areas of uniform color are particularly difficult for JPG to handle.
I use to save as TIF now I save as PNG. Really cant remember why I switched. I rarely post anything online unless its a JPG. Same reasons I dont post RAW images online. Might go back to TIF but I cant really tell much of a difference since I dont usually render above 1080
Hi Adam. Someone mentioned that they use Maga to upload uncompressed images. I'm not sure if you can use Mega to link an image directly to open in your browser, I guess you can, or if Mega compresses images.
What's the latest with the Splash Page thing? I made a picture.
I missed that update Adam. Thanks for that. "... not a lot of input" - that's probably because the comp. hasn't started yet. All the art comps start off slowly at first anyway.
