I downloaded some clothing a few months ago. paid the points, now it's asking for another 50 points. Is it the norm to pay another 50 points for an item you've already paid 50 points for on the blog?
The same happened to me; but I think you have only a limited amount of time to download the items before you have to spend points again.

@billyhill Normally the site keeps the stuff you paid for in memory with your account - we had a major upgrade last year which might have changed something, but everything I ever paid points for are still in my account and I don't have to pay them again.

Rank:Thanks for the heads up about this. These downloads were from only a few months ago but asking for points again. What can be done, Is it a glitch in the Zone Matrix?
I don't mind paying again, but like you said I shouldn't have to pay again if the Zone is working as it should.

I beleave when you purchase an item, the link is visible for 1 month only.
Perhaps @hunter could confirm this ?

I looked through the FAQ but couldn't find anything about the link times.I also read somewhere that the link is available for just a month. Whenever I DL something, I always keep a record of the link in a text file, just in case I would need to reDL the asset for some reason.
Rank:I did that but kept the links with the files. Then it all wet bad when the hard drive decided it had had enough. I lost a lot of content :/
Unless something has changed. Links reset after a time. Also you use to have to refresh your account yearly. best thing to do is keep multiple copies on separate drives. Links can die even if you saved them. For the $$ price you would pay for a few bundles, you can buy a couple drives

No problems with hard drives and hardware, have plenty of them. It was my lazy ass fault for not backing things up and relying on one drive to last a bit longer.
