    I am trying to find out what props are being used in this image. Just curious if anyone knows?

    I may be wrong but to me it looks like a Photoshop job using Ron's Cyborg Parts or similar brushes.

    I think the collar goes with the bracelets/cuffs. I've seen it recently but I don't remember where. It was some sexy sci-fi set.
