Hi, when I open a product page and want to download, there is a message saying "You have to be a member to se the download link". I have been a member for a long time and have plenty of points. Whats wrong?
The membership has to be renewed once a year, I think it is done on this page (don't really remember..): https://zonegfx.com/membership-account/membership-levels/
