Just curious if you ever try searching the product posts backwards? I tried it for the first time yesterday.. so went to Environments and went to page 200, and then backwards. Wow! there is a lot of cool gems hidden way back there!
Just thought I'd share my discovery, even if it was obvious to many of you. 🙂
KevThe most "new" does not have to be interesting. There are interesting things from the past, but not from the old "past", from years ago ... Especially, I look at scripts and plugins. And, certainly, there are wonders.
Actually, I usually do that too.
I think it is something related to my OCD that I want to look at things in chronological order.
🙂
LOL. I think it's my OCD as well. I often read magazines backwards.
but I'm finding some great assets, and since we have conversion tools and mostly new iray shaders, it's pretty easy to make things look up to date. I'm just finding the subject matter different too, and that of course gives me ideas.
Thanks for chiming in folks... nice to chat with other Daz peeps once in a while.I've been backwards through all posts and dead posts, but never tried it with the individual categories, you can be sure I'm going to now!
I've found quite a few hidden gems from the suggestions that appear on each page. I'm pleasantly surprised how many of those are still up.
