Arch Cove
Carved into the crumpled strata of Portland and Purbeck stone by thousands of years of coastal erosion, Arch Cove provides the ideal setting for scenes of adventure and derring-do. Or maybe just go for a run with the dog, or a splash in the sea!
Two preloads are provided: Sandy beach, and Rocky beach.
The sea morphs from low tide to high tide, with a foaming effect that follows the shoreline.
Additionally, a 300m x 300m sea prop without foam can be tiled and instanced to form a large seascape.
17 camera positions are included.
14 Iray natural clear, cloudy and fantasy sea color presets are included. Make your own colors easily via the Transmitted Color parameter.
Ultrascatter: Owners of Ultrascatter can use this script to change the visibility of instance proxies (full/bounding box/none), and redistribute the various rock & plant scatters to your own requirements. Ultrascatter is NOT required to use this scene.
Note: Because of the high usage of instances in this scene, Instancing Optimization must be set to 'Memory' before rendering.
Tip: In Sun-Sky mode, set the SS-Horizon to -50.
The set is split into multiple prop parts for convenience.
This set is designed for Iray. Some shader adjustment will be required for 3Delight rendering.
