I've got a question; if you request an item and offer points, but no one responds and instead the item you requested is posted to the blog, do you still give that person the points? Or not; seeing as they didn't respond to the post or PM with the link first?
That is what the phrase 'No PM No Points' means. 😉
Requestors are not obliged to send points for the posting in that case, although some do, it is up to the member concerned.
It seems a few posters do not spend time checking the request section of the forum.
As this is a public sharing site anyway, them not doing that is not a problem.
