I accidentally purchased the mac version instead of PC. I have already gotten the PC version instead and never downloaded the mac one. It was 50.00 points. Thank you for your time

Are you kidding me right. You can get points everyday just by entering or uploading content or a lot of different things...
This has to be a joke...
Sometimes I pay 50pts and go to Mega and realise that the file is way too big to download for what it's worth to me..... that's life.
What Ozzy said. I needed that laugh. Next thing you know, I'll see people ask for a refund on a small bag of chips.
I will say that I think it'd be cool if we could get refunds for actual dead links (that haven't been reported, I mean), 'cuz that's not the fault of the user downloading, but either way, for 50 points, it's not really the end of the world. It's more of a slight annoyance when it happens, rather than a huge rip-off.
My thoughts exactly @littlepleasures. I rarely post here anymore. The toxicity is palpable over the past 6 months. @Blackarts989, I'm shooting you another 50. Enjoy.

(I've lost count of the times when I plop the ducats down, only to find that the results will take days to download because of Mega's daily limit, or that I already had it, or that it was for the wrong figure, or...)
Yeh we may have been a bit insensitive. I tried to throw blackarts some points but I can't work out the transfer thing. I put in his user name but it keeps coming up with "recipient not found". I didn't use to have this problem.
It isn't as if Blackarts989 was ripped off. Blackarts989 admits they made a mistake.
And personally the chiding doesn't seem mean-spirited or petty or belittling.
Regardless, it's nice that you ponied up points.
You should just share stuff , you will have way more pts and when losing a few pts won't really matter to u.--- just a suggestion 🙂
@3demon, read livingpixels' post again. It's the unnecessary piling on that's juvenile and mean-spirited.
