HACK IRAY INTO 3DELIGHT

Here is an innocent question whose answer might be useful
to all of us 3Delight users:
Is there a way to turn Iray Materials into 3Delight manually?
I mean, tweaking Surfaces and such.
I know it must be a long, tedious process but I would like to learn
if someone has the time to explain.
I am using DAZ 4.15 now.
