Hi guys, after updating my DAZ studio to V4.15.0.2 suddenly all characters that use lightblue's - golden Growler 2 - give me an error that says:
"Unable t 'Fit To' the target node. The 'Fit To' parameter on the selected Strand-Based Hair node is set to an object with incompatible geometry. The geometry differs from the geometry used to create the selected Strand-Based Hair node."

What I do is to not use 'Fit to' but parent it instead.
There is a parent in place tick box, which holds the item in its required position.
I even use the golden growlers on 3Feetwolf's New Gens after scaling & positioning.Replaying to this old thread as I was having the issue but for the NG one.
EDIT: I kinda-ish fix my problem but not really. I had high res nipples with my character and the geoshell on that part somehow affects the Growler fitting on the geoshell of Golden Palace so I had to disable it and apply it AFTER fitting growler. Here's the thing, if I reload the scene the 'fitting error' comes back and I had to manually do it again.
Oh, for Growler to fit on the actual geoshell of GP, you need to 'fit to' it first somehow then 'parent it' or drag under the geoshell to auto-transform onto it because if you don't do it (in my case), it just stays 'floating around it'.
God, I just want natural looking pubes, bruh.
all golden growlers have the same problem regardless of NG or GP unfortunately. seems like it's by design. that's why all golden growlers in renderotica are rated 1 star. all you can do is per the suggestion above (remember to set the fit-to mode of the pubic hair item into "auto-follow transforms" instead of "redirect transform" beforehand)
