Well ... the question is clear.
I look for the most real to a person: Above all, their eyes give away.
We look a person in the eye, and then his physique, etc ...
But the fundamental thing for a figure to be "real" in a render are the eyes.
Without good eyes, there is nothing.
The look of eyes is the most expressive of a person.
What is your favorite?I think you have it nailed.
