I was looking at Sonja HD and I loved the hair. Apparently it's the Classic Long Hair with dForce.
I read in a post at Daz that Mousso took it to zbrush and changed the location of the parting before dForcing it. I haven't got the slightest idea on how to do this, I actually never even loaded up zbrush. So for a total newbie like me, how difficult would it be to do something like this?
This would be very useful knowledge since I've seen incredible enhancements to hair, with zbrush.

I've tried to use zbrush a few times. I didn't find it intuitive or easy to use. It's a true modeling app. You use it to develop models. You'll learn a lot of basic sculpting and modeling techniques in order to effectively use it. Someone told me that a draw pen/tablet would make it easier. There are a lot of tutorials out there. iirc, cgpeers had a lot of tut torrents, from beginner to super-advanced.

I did try it yesterday and couldn't get anywhere, it was so confusing. I was hoping it would be a simple process since they said it takes 5 minutes to make it like this.
I think it will take more of my time than it's worth to be honest 🙁

I'll give it another go, but I just don't get it. I did view a few youtube videos but they got me even more confused.
I'll try with a Linda for beginners and go from there.
Thank you for the replies guys 🙂
