(USER SUGGESTION) Point Basket & SHARER Exclusives

I just spent an hour or so looking through a recently closed thread, and I understand the mods wanted it closed for a reason...

Still< I thought of some ideas that might help to encourage sharing.

Would it be possible to implement a system where a request is made and that starts a virtual "Basket", that everyone could see...

So for example, I am wanting Primitive Medieval Campsite, so I start a request thread and a virtual Basket Appears, and my initial "Basket Seeding" might be 5000pts. Immediately, 5000 of my points goes into the basket.
If anyone else wants that asset, they can get "in" by putting another 1000pts into that basket.
The basket would then keep growing (or not) until somebody claimed the basket by uploading the asset.
So, somebody could see there was 12K points in the basket and be encouraged to upload (or buy and then upload).
The transaction would be automatically handled by zonegfx... (once a mod determined it was a legit asset) as the points are already in the basket and you wouldn't have to worry about PM or private shares etc.

EXCLUSIVE to SHARERS
Once it has been determined that the upload was legit, everyone who put points in the basket would get the asset.

AFTER THAT, the asset would be available FIRST to those members who have uploaded/shared assets... I dunno, monthly basis... quarterly. So maybe for the 10 days or 2 weeks Primitive Medieval Campsite can be seen in the downloads area, but only downloadable by those in the "Sharing Circle", that is those members that have uploaded something that quarter. After that two week (or whatever) "exclusive" period, it switches over to the "available to all members".
