I didn't want to hijack Monks Bison thread so I'm making my own.

I'm just venting. I'd love to add points to Monks offer but it'd be a moot point.
While LAMH and the Catalyzer were cool, (still are for some, but LAMH is a pain in the ass for me and Catalyzer won't work at all now for me) I think AM should switch over to dForce hair. The Bison is stunning, as is the Wooly Mammoth. With the dForce hair for animals, you don't have to do anything, or need anything else to render . And, although not as technically geekishly nerdistic as others, I think its less resource intensive.

BTW, I think those two words I made up are cool. And they work. LOL

If you save the hair as an OBJ then apply Dforce to it, will it work?

That kind of defeats the purpose and you still need the LAMH to save as an obj.

Yes but, how would it perform?

Honestly, I don't know. Probably like anything else with a dForce modifier applied to it.

For me, its not dForce per se that I want. Just the simplicity of the hair/fur usage on animals.
