I've been searching for days now and I can't find anything. I'm looking for this character/ or skin mat. I believe the character is XT Jane, but not the skin. I could be wrong about the character.
xtrart using her A LOT for modeling his/her/their clothing, so if you need more pics or better images,
[https://www.daz3d.com/xtrart-3d]. I really hate it when they don't name the characters used.I've searched all through G8 and as far as I know, V8 as well. Including the sub figures like Gia 8, Stephanie 8 etc.. and the ones for Victoria8..
The skin has distinctive markings thats on the same character in the many pics they use. Its a paler skin, has mild freckling on cheeks, over nose and a bit on forehead, with a rose tint on forehead, cheeks and nose bridge. On her neck she has 2 moles close together. And theres a dark spot on the edge of her right top lip. I've tried to mark these to help people out.
I've only looked on DAZ. I'm not going to RO.

I found this post dating not too long ago on Daz forum with someone asking the same question and the artist itself replied saying
" Yes, I use always Victoria 8 with a few personal tweeks, I like to play with Facial morphs and combined materials, to make my model a little different. "
Sooo, odd are by this answer that it is a custom character made by him/her with a base of Victoria 8. Which would explain why she look like a lot of character on Daz but you can't really find which one. That is my guess anyway.
You could always try to contact him/her (no idea if he's a guy or she's a girl.) either using Daz store contact system or on Renderosity.

I went through RO, so I could offer to buy at least the skin mat, discretely. Didn't want everyone suddenly asking him to buy the mats.
I haven't any idea about DAZ either. Just on the forums.The eye makeup could be anybody's. The pics posted are of XF Jane, (closest to her by them) both with her own makup, and then with V8 mats.
I finally got XF Jane to work on G8. 1st time it didn't, so I thought it was V8 base. But that turned out to be a skinny muscle girl. ewwwwwww. Tried again on G8 base and it worked. TTD..
Not an exact match, but close. I can make some tweeks and probably get her closer as far as facial wise. Jaw/Eyes/Lips. Minor tweeks. Yes. I'm obsessed with her. LOL
Then I can see what I can come up with, as they did, as far as mixing skin mats.
