1970’s Era Motels [Re-Upload]

1970’s Era Motels offers two different configurations that load as full scenes, each with a custom made promo lightset for each specific scene offering quick “what you see is what you get” (wysiwyg) ready to render setups.

1970’s Motel – Roadside, is a 24 unit classic motel with pool on a paved road with surrounding grassy hills.

1970’s Motel – Courtyard, offer an enclosed 48 unit central courtyard resort type configuration, with a pool as the central focus point.

Both offer plenty of parking. Both offer a outdoor in-ground pool for your enjoyment, with diving board, steps, and lounger chairs.

All 48 motel doors open and close, and each room has the real interior. Look for the motel furniture add on (available separately) to fill up some of these rooms.

There is also a front office exterior building and check-in area. The two storey motel is accessed from the stairs .

The entire scenes are parented and can be resized or moved if necessary. Both configurations include the custom made promo lightset for each and 25 camera angles to get you started with rendering quickly.
