2.Go to timeline, frame 1 G8F default (clear all shape), frame 30 your character shape
3.Go to simulation setting - Editor - Simulation - Frame To Simulatate, select Animated(used timeline play range)

5.(Optional) Add smoothing modifier, Edit use Mesj Grabber(Paid plugins)
