This Sedan Chair is part of a line of 3 different props titled Litters! The word "Litter" is a classification of wheel-less vehicles comprised of an enclosed or unenclosed platform with a seat for the occupant(s) and handles for 2 or more people to carry it. Another well-known type of Litter is a Palanquin, which also has an entry in this series. I'll be uploading that in the next few days (as of today's post date of 05/21/2023). If you're from the future, it's probably already uploaded!

This series is a bit old, from 2015 i believe. It was made for Poser 6 originally. It can be imported to DAZ, but the maker did mention that once in DAZ it would need some minor touch-ups. If anyone ever uses this post to update it, make it higher res or work with iray or gen 8 or 9, please do let me know or link me to your post with it! I would love to use a newer version of this in my DAZ renders 🙂

If this Sedan Chair reminds you of anything, it did for me too!! this is a European style Litter, and this style of litter was used for the Witch of the Waste in the Ghibli film Howl's Moving Castle! Just a fun fact for all my Ghibli fans out there.
