NanotyrannusDR - 79938
Nanotyrannus (meaning "dwarf tyrant") is a genus of tyrannosaurid dinosaur. It was around 5.2 meters (17 feet) long and lived approximately 60 to 65 million years ago (late Cretaceous) in North America. It may be the juvenile of Tyrannosaurus, but initial research of Nanotyrannus skull indicated some differences from the T. rex skull.
