I don't know what kind of character code this MOS has, but if you get your (poor) old V3 hidden in a closet or in one of your abandoned library, it is time to make her go out to take care of a mission: Liberator.
MOS Liberator is a conforming clothing set for Victoria 3.0. The package includes ten (10) items. It will not conform to the standard Poser 4 Female figure or Vicky version one or two.
