Smart Content of EXE files

Can EXE files like those also be Smart Content ?

Will those exe files automatic get to correct place to be Smart Content or what happens ?

Or has those exe files need to be opened to find "IM..." files for DIM

Usually it is as "IM0000....." files with metadata that DIM handles

It is good to know how to use it, since content happens to be in exe files sometimes

it is possible and there is a tool floating around here but it is pretty hard to create such files
