I've seen several feature suggestions for site improvements that everyone agrees would be a big help (i.e. updating the photos in your posts, ...). I know the admins have their hands full between just maintaining the site and having a real life and I appreciate all the hard work.
How about a cash "bounty" system for feature requests? This would let the admins use "hired guns" to add a specific request where the bounty gets high enough.
