    A simple google search of Genesis 8 Female Rukia Kuchiki found it. The third link on the list, followed by a quick Kemono search.

    That is the full outfit and hair, including the katana.

    I just put it on the Sakura 8 Model, with one of the skins from an Anatomically Correct model.
