April 12, 2019 at 10:18 pm #1036639Hm, this has been uploaded, but it does not work, AFAICT. The installer shows no sign of the DLL, and it doesn't show up for me at all. It seems the installer, while reporting no errors, doesn't manage to copy the DLL to the proper directory, nor does it show up anywhere else, at least via a quick search across drives with a DAZ affiliation.
The question about a license key is also pertinent, of course, since the upload doesn't come with one. I've messaged the uploader that until the issues are resolved, I will refrain from transferring points.
If anyone has got the upload working, I would appreciate a comment, and perhaps a link to the DLL.
April 12, 2019 at 10:49 pm #1036660The old exe does not work on some pc systems it seems to be broken. A work around is for the purchaser to locate the dll file and share it as well as the Dim downloads files after installing it to specified location using DIM. And share it that way. If you manually place the dll file then run the DIM files it makes the serial key not necessary to input and runs. Not sure for how many pc’s it will work that way though As the serial is required. Now the copy from 3dload did install from the installer on a different pc and run fine.
April 13, 2019 at 12:16 am #1036742The license isn't checked online in any way, so it shouldn't really matter if it's shared (DAZ isn't the brightest boy on the block when it comes to things like this)
April 13, 2019 at 2:05 am #1036831Worked just fine for me.
April 13, 2019 at 7:37 am #1037073Hey guys, I just messaged Monk to change the link in my upload. I reuploaded it on mega, with all the files which were installed, including the .dll of course. I installed it with DAZ Install Manager so I didn't know it was that random, to work for one user but not for all the others. Please excuse my misjudgement on this one, I should have uploaded all the files from the get go. I just tried to install it manually on a second PC and I had exactly the same problem as you guys, the files just dont show up anywhere.
If there is anything I can help you with feel free to contact me.
greetings
April 13, 2019 at 8:21 am #1037130Its under the render tab, for what i can see it doesnt ask for a serial. Help>about installed plugins> no field to enter a serial
